Skilled Care vs Non skilled care

Skilled care refers to a patient that requires care or treatment that can only be performed by licensed professionals. Nonskilled care refers to the kind of care that isn't medical or specialized. This level of care is provided by our certified nursing assistants and home care companions.

Home Health Care

Home health care allows your loved one to remain in the home when skilled, medical assistance is required by a licensed professional. For example, diabetes management, wound care, foley care, trach care and medical management. This level of care also includes Physical therapy and occupational therapy services.

Home Care

Our Home Care team offers comfort and compassion to our clients. Companion care allows your loved one to age in place when nonskilled services are needed. Tasks may include light housekeeping, running errands, escorts to appointments, and assisting with medication reminders. Home Care Aides goal is primarily socialization and emotional support, engaging with our clients.
